Define 'Rush Cuffing':
It's when you cuff with no reason or non rp cuff. Like the robber is robing something and you just run and suddenly cuff him without anything. Also rc can be called massive group cuff with no need. BUT investigation/ interrogation cuff is RP!
Define 'Deathmatching': dm means killing with no reason, massive killing like on dm server or non rp kill. SO If the robber will rob and I just come and kill him this is kind of dm.

Define 'Revenge-Killing':
When you die in rp you can't just come back and kill him/her because you lost memory so all that you were doing is gone. RK is when you brake this rule and kill your murder just in next time after he kills you.

The bank is being robbed. You run up, pistol drawn, only for three armed, masked men to walk out, with AK47's pointed at you. They don't shoot yet. What do you do?: I will hide to avoid being killed myself and make sure that they are 3 and ak is normal (not toys). Then I will call for backup (if available) and rp rob BUT I won't just kill them I will warn them few times THEN I will fire in hands, legs etc. IF backup is not available it means I just can't stop them and I will act in 2 ways- let them escape and follow them then arrest them, or shoot on side straight after few warnings. Also for such a cases I will wear an armor.

As you can tell from this poorly written application, Petr will not be one of your better officers.

I've tried to RP with him several times, he plainly fails at the concept of RP and should not be in any position of power, especially in the PD. In my opinion he should indefinably remain on an E-job.
On top of that he is very immature, usually arguing in all caps over public OOC with anybody at a moments notice. I high suggest denying this.

I merely post my thoughts on him because of my constant struggle to maintain a high level of quality in TSRP.

HOO. Yes it was but only in GRP server and I wasn't really rped there so I CAN RP and Ken don't know me so good so I want you to accept this and watch my rp in tis server because I don't agree with anything that Ken wrote. I want to start rping in this server as PD so don't make me lost this chance

Personally, I've seen Petr RP in-game on Mobius TSRP. He was the only reason I QUIT TSRP for a year. And the funny thing is, he was a cop on Mobius. And.. Hell broke lose, he cuffed everyone he saw, killed them with a mossberg, which he shouldn't of been using as an officer without the chiefs permission.

WHAT are you talking ABOUT?!? I was doctor on mobuis and and I was cop on SA and I rped it very GOOD ask players Zyrok PLEASE don't listen to them WATCH me rping as cop and gimme chance I can RP! You probably talking about somebody else!?! It may be another Petr IT is possible zyrok please gimme chance to become cop I can be one and I will ignore future bad commetns because they thinking I'm noob and asshole JUST cuz I haven't played on Ken's favorite server!

Denied due to unanimous decision throughout the server. If you truly do wish to pursue the Police Department as a career, please make it clear to myself and others that you are capable of handling situations maturely, as well as being able to RP to decent standard.

I hope that grammar Petr was using was part of the post... Because, not to be rude, I'm very curious who taught him his grammar.
