How long you've been RPing: I've role-played in Pirates, Robz, Ghost's, Underground, MOB TSRP, and Assassin's TSRP as mafia leaders. I have also co-owned and been a mafia on Shadowland & Michaels TSRP. Lastly, I have owned my own server a few times, being a mafia leader; including the "Mobius TSRP" server.
I have been playing The Specialists since before RP was "cool" or popular. Eventually, I got into harbu (The current RP plugins at the time) and started RPing since then. (Its been several years now)
Purpose: Our mission is to become the richest, most powerful, popular mafia in the server. They merchant weaponry, drugs, and anything you can't get legally to people within the city; and, our associates prove themselves very efficient in getting the job done.
History: Anarchy 99 is constructed of ex - Russian military people that despise authority. They hate the police; they hate anything to do with government... They provide their customers with high-quality goods such as expensive drugs, weaponry, and hard-to-find products that would have to be shipped cross-continent to get. They are practically a terrorist faction that wishes to create a "New world" by constructing nuclear rockets that release a toxic gas over parts of the world; killing off nearly everyone. They want to kill off government, and start over again. That's why they say it will become a "New" world.
The leader was once a member of the police, a doctor, a judge, a mayor. All legal organizations. He was betrayed in every single one of them; making him strongly oppose the government. He became a criminal and joined up with a group of trouble-making highschoolers, then a street gang, then a mafia. He became very strong in the ways of crime. He swore on his life that no matter what... He would get back at anyone, and everyone, that had ever done him wrong.
Example of a post offering your service/doing your job in a post: I'm not EXACTLY sure what to post right here, due to the way this is said... But, if it means that I have to say how I would RP a certain action in-game, it could be rather difficult. I would create adverts to sell "Party Packs", "Self Defense Equipment" and so on, advertising a "Cheaper price that what you will get in a local store" kind of thing. When people come up to me, I will make sure the situation is RPed as if I was a shady criminal, not revealing myself. In real life you wouldn't shout "Hey, asswad! I'm the guy that's supposed to sell you that AK to murder that cop over there, remember!" and so on. ^^

Extra notes: Thank you for reviewing my application! I hope it was alright (I spent quite a while editing it). I think that bringing this org into the server will improve roleplay and bring a REALLY good mafia into the picture. I have lots of experience in this section (Due to RPing for so many years) and I believe I am fit for a job like this. I will provide great management for my org and will be very active; as well as the forums. Also, I deleted some of the unnecessary jobs that I had in mind when I first started making this application. My jobs consist of the same pay in each branch due to the mafia being "Equal" with what we have. For example, If someone wanted to start out in the "Security" division and they got like $100 pay, and the "Dealer" division got $30, people would think it is unfair, and all go to security. Thus, I made the pays for each "Tier" the same. By doing this, you can start out in whatever division of the mafia you'd like to be in; whether it be in drug/item merchanting, or providing protection and muscle; and have it be fair as well! I also have some policies, in which I will list below.
Policies / Need to knows : In my org; you are not allowed to complete a hit without calling it in to me, or the underboss first. If we aren't on, you send a report to someone higher-rank than you and you have to do "Hit accepted" and "Hit complete" to the people (boss, underboss, higher rank) and the person you are doing the hit for. (really, why the hell would you scream over the news you accepted a hitman deal? - Do it in OOC!)
I am also REALLY picky with hiring my members. If you don't have a detailed application, or don't seem like a good RPer, etc. You will not be accepted into my mafia; Final. You need to be a good RPer, have a (at least kind of) clear ban record, and you need to be able to follow rules and expectations assigned to you upon entering my organization. Also, if you apply and I accept it... Good! But now you may have to take a test in game to prove your skills!
NOTE: I have some formats that can be used for my organization! (Including a pre-written rules list, application format, and so on!) If you guys want to use it for the whole server, that would be awesome. If not, I'm going to post my formats in the replies box!
